Scope of the service

Payniko provides technical integration services on behalf of UAB Nuvei. The website, dashboard and integration tools help businesses manage payment flows and sales operations. Payment services are offered within the scope and agreement of the relevant licensed provider.

Account and security

Only authorised people should access your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you supply and for protecting your credentials and integration keys. Report suspected security issues or unauthorised use through the contact channel.

Payments and provider terms

Merchant acceptance, available payment methods, fees, limits, transaction assessment and fund transfers depend on the relevant provider agreement and applicable rules. A feature appearing in the Payniko interface does not mean it is enabled for every account or that a transaction will be approved.

Merchant responsibilities

The merchant is responsible for its goods and services, accurate prices, delivery, taxes and the cancellation and refund policies disclosed to buyers. Payment disputes follow the relevant transaction rules; product and delivery enquiries should be addressed to the merchant.

Appropriate use

Use the services lawfully and within your authority. Do not use another person’s payment or account information without permission, bypass security checks or limits, or generate traffic that harms the service.

Service information and support

Product features and integration requirements may change. This page does not guarantee transaction approval, a particular payment outcome or a fund transfer time. Binding commercial terms are set out in the relevant agreements; rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
