Information you share

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional company name, selected topic and message. The form language, request identifier and creation time are also recorded to track the enquiry.

Do not include card numbers, card security codes, passwords or API keys in your message.

Why we use this information

Your information is used to review your enquiry, direct it to the appropriate team and respond to you. Submitting the form does not trigger an automatic email or enrol you in marketing.

A short-lived security key derived from the IP address is used to limit abuse. The contact form’s database record does not include the IP address or browser user-agent.

Access and retention

Your message is stored in the administration panel and is accessible only to administrators authorised to view these records. Message content is not automatically forwarded to an external email recipient.

Records are retained to follow up your enquiry. Retention and deletion requests are assessed in light of the enquiry’s status and applicable legal obligations.

Requests about your information

To the extent provided by applicable law, you may use the contact form to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or to object. Describe your request; additional information to verify your identity is requested only when necessary.
